Project Controls Management in the overall monitoring and control of Engineering and Construction projects. Key functions included Systems Development, Project Planning, Cost Control and Document Control.

Specific areas of responsibilities included:

  • Development of in-house applications to assist in the project control process. This development ranged from timesheet applications to integrating Project Control Software to the client’s ERP system.

  • Supervision of Planning, Systems Development, Cost Control and Planning teams.
