Glen is a project controls professional with experience throughout the project life-cycle on multi-billion-dollar capital works programs, with 15+ years experience in implementing and administrating project management solutions for clients across ANZ, APAC & EMEA.


Glen’s extensive project controls and contract management knowledge gained from his experience on complex engineering and construction mega-projects ensures clients are provided best practice advice and outcomes. He specialises in managing functional and technical software implementation teams through requirements analysis and business process design, leading the functional and technical design, managing testing through to user acceptance, and providing a focal point for business change management activities throughout the delivery life-cycle.

Glen has a strong track record of delivering integrated project management solutions on time and on budget for clients ranging from small maintenance projects up to programs of work in the 10s of billions of dollars.  He is a highly effective leader whose interpersonal skills and accessibility ensures all stakeholders, from end users to senior management, are effectively engaged throughout delivery and that the benefits of a solution implementation are realised.
