The accelerator, delivered through Power Apps, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Microsoft Teams, provides end‑to‑end management of initiatives, funding, assets, and project delivery stage‑gate reviews. It maintains the required delegations of authority for each review, supports collaboration and assessment of stage‑gate deliverables, and provides clear definition and visibility of project initiatives, including allocations to CEA and AFE financial budgets. The solution integrates with Power BI for comprehensive portfolio‑level dashboard reporting and manages key master data elements such as the Asset Hierarchy, Delegation of Authority, Project Codes, and deliverable templates. Where required, data is sourced from InEight systems, including the InEight Project Register, with information stored across the client’s Dataverse, SharePoint repositories, and, where applicable, InEight’s cloud environment. The extended project team engages through multiple collaborative touchpoints, with automated Teams bot messages keeping stakeholders informed of actions, approvals, and review requirements, while SharePoint provides a centralised space for document collaboration, version control, and structured review of stage‑gate deliverables.
